     -----------------------------------------------------------------

APSEND is a program to construct and send network packets over LANs
and the internet. Currently supported protocols are IP, TCP, UDP and
ICMP. I will add support for ARP and IGMP packets in one of the next
   versions.
The scripting function of APSEND is still not available, but will also
come in one of the next versions (I allready wrote it, but it still has
   to many bugs...sorry).

APSEND comes under the GPL (see COPYING for more details) and
uses the perl lib Net::RawIP from Sergey Kolychev <ksv@al.lg.ua>
(available from CPAN www.cpan.org) to handle the networkstuff.

Have a look at the INSTALL file, if you don't know how to
   install apsend.

If you want to see a few examples of how to use apsend, then
have a look at the file EXAMPLES.
(NOTE: Use apsend --help or man apsend to see all the possible
          options of apsend.)

   Please report bugs/questions to anarchy@elxsi.de :)

I'd like to test APSEND with other linux/unix distributions, so if anyone
wants to sponsor a distribution/or hardware, please write a mail to
   anarchy@elxsi.de. Thanks!
